Yes. If you need to store your luggage, please ask the front desk staff.

Early check-in and late check-out services are not available.

    Dining Services

We can assist you with restaurant reservations. Because Nozawa Onsen is a small village, popular restaurants tend to fill up very quickly during the ski season. We recommend making requests at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Please feel free to email us in advance, and we will check table availability for you.

We cannot guarantee the complete removal of allergens. Please feel free to consult us regarding any specific needs or requests.

We provide a simple breakfast so you can grab a quick bite before heading to the ski resort. If you require a more substantial breakfast there are cafe options in the village.

    Access & Transportation

We can assist you in calling a taxi. However, due to high demand during the winter ski season, getting a taxi can be very difficult, and there may be times when it is impossible to arrange one. Please make your request to the front desk as early as possible.

The hotel does not provide a pick up service.

During the winter season, you can take the Nagano Snow Shuttle directly to Nozawa Onsen; alternatively, take the Shinkansen from Ueno or Tokyo Station to Iiyama Station, then transfer to the Nozawa Onsen Liner to Nozawa Onsen. After getting off at the Nozawa Onsen Chuo Terminal, it is about a 10-minute walk to Elizabeth Hotel.

Take the Nozawa Onsen Liner from Iiyama Station, get off at the Nozawa Onsen Chuo Terminal, and walk for about 10 minutes to reach Elizabeth Hotel.

    Parking Information

Yes, the hotel has a paid parking lot. Due to a limited number of spaces, reservations are required. Please book in advance at the time of booking or before your arrival. The parking fee is 5,000 yen per night, and parking is available until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out (check-out time); parking beyond this time is not permitted.

The hotel parking lot is located in the open space directly in front of the hotel.

If the hotel parking lot is full, the front desk can recommend nearby paid parking lots for you. Please do not park in unauthorized areas to avoid police ticketing.

However, please note that weather or logistics conditions may affect delivery times, so we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Please allow ample time for delivery.

We are sorry, but there are no hot spring facilities inside the hotel. However, there are multiple free public hot springs (sotoyu) within Nozawa Onsen village that are within walking distance. The closest is 60 seconds away!

    Ski Information

The hotel front desk currently only sells blank electronic lift cards (IC Cards) and does not sell pre-loaded tickets. After purchasing, please visit the official Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort website to top up the required ticket type and number of days yourself. If you need assistance with the process, please ask the front desk staff, and we will do our best to help.

The hotel does not provide ski equipment rental services, but we can recommend nearby rental shops for you. Due to high rental demand during the ski season, we recommend visiting the rental shop's official website to make a reservation before your trip to reduce waiting times on-site and increase your chances of securing the required sizes and gear.

    Area Information

Nozawa Onsen village only has small local grocery shops and pharmacies with a limited selection of goods. If you have special needs, we recommend purchasing what you require in major cities like Tokyo, or in Iiyama town, before arriving in Nozawa Onsen.

We are sorry, but private hot springs in Nozawa Onsen village are generally only open to guests staying at those specific accommodations, so the hotel cannot assist with bookings.

Yes! During the winter season, a Free Shuttle Bus circulates through Nozawa Onsen village, making it easy to access the Nagasaka Gondola and other areas without walking uphill with heavy gear. Please visit the [official ski resort website] for the latest bus stops and schedule.
