| Timing of Payment | 50% of the total accommodation fee must be paid within 7 days of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. The reservation will be confirmed once payment has been received and confirmed. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy |
61 days or more before arrival: The 50% deposit will be fully refunded. 60–46 days before arrival: The 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50% does not need to be paid. If the full amount has already been paid, the remaining 50% will be refunded. 45 days or less before arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged. The above cancellation policy also applies to cancellations due to personal circumstances, illness or injury, weather-related circumstances (including insufficient snowfall), or the closure or suspension of ski resorts, lifts, or other facilities. |
| Overdue or Non-payment | A payment reminder will be sent 7 days before the payment due date, followed by a final reminder on the due date. If payment has not been received and we have not received a response within 7 days after the reminder, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. |
